Saturday 29th September

What a beautiful day it is here in Wanganui today! The sun is yet again shinning and the wind has settled so it’s a perfect day for people to take their loved ones out and enjoy the day having fun! I sent my aunty a few cds in the week as she said she was sick of the music she had and she rang me yesterday and said she loved all of them, even the one I sent for her granddaughter she wanted to keep, it was drum n bass, she is a funky grandmother! I can remember one day we went out for lunch at a lovely restaurant in Parnell with Sianshine and we ended getting all the people around us up dancing, what fun! We always have racky times together its fun! I miss not being close to my family in Auckland and miss the madness we share. Most weekends Sian and I would go and have an adventure from going out to Goat Island snorkeling, fishing with the boys, doing lunch, having dinner parties, going to cool parties and hitting the dance floors around Auckland. Sian’s great to rark up and loves dolp

Yay it’s Friday! It’s 12.12pm and I’m still sitting at my computer in my dressing gown pretty normal for me. I woke up and wasn't feeling very well so I went back to bed and turned the TV on and got to watch a lovely movie about a princess it made me cry. I have been designing a new business card for Carolyn as she has an exhibition coming up in a few weeks. Carolyn has been creating some wonderful work and I would love to buy a special piece of art I saw yesterday. I will let you know more details about the show when I recieve them. I would love to pop a photo of one of the dresses but I don’t think she wants anyone to see them before the show opens. I was up to 9pm working on the Wanganui Art Society website last night uploading photos of the exhibition they are having at the community art centre. It’s a nice exhibition and hopefully next year they will host it in the Sarjeant Gallery instead of the Community Art Centre. If you are in Wanganui pop down to the art centre and check

First I just have to say Happy Birthday to my special friend Bex. I hope you are having a lovely day babe and that all your dreams and wishes come true. As you can see I didn't get to start my blog when I thought as I ended driving up to Taupo for the night. I have attached a photo of the sunrise that Ralph and I got to see. It was a great trip and I got to stay in a room with my own private spa, just what the doctor ordered. I could have stayed a few nights more and gone to visit my friends in Rotorua but home was calling and I’m glad I got home when I did as the mountain erupted and they road was closed for a short time. I called in to see Richard in Mangaweka on my way home and got to spend sometime talking about how his campaign for local council was going check out his website www.freewebs.com/richardaslett I got to listen to his speech which he was preparing for that night, it excited me and I am considering in years to come that I should look further into this sort of occup

Loving Life

It's Monday and the sun is shinning thought the window just and I feel like a happy cat just like this photo that I took of Chang my lovely Auntie Lyn's pussy. I have been writing in a book for over 4 years pretty much every morning and I thought it was time that I wrote in a blog so people could enjoy my madness. I have a pretty crazy life and feel very grateful and blessed to be here, I think I'm the luckiest person on this planet. I am a full time artist who loves taking photos and I will add some of my favourite shots to this blog as I go along like this one of the beach at Castlecliff. I love my life and I couldn't think of anything else I would like to do in this world. I meet amazing people all the time and have a special love for people this excites me and of course music and dance and the unknown about the spirit and what the world is about. I think a lot and wonder about lots of things, you could say my mind is pretty busy and my body sometimes burns it&#
