Day 17 of Creative Everyday Month

It's been a really cool day today! I took the bed out of my studio and put back my table and all the stuff I need in there, UNCLUTTERED space YAY!!!

I also got to check out the MANDALA free online workshop it is awesome. I got inspired to go in my studio tonight and started one. I'm going into town today and get some better paper!

I have also been wanting to paint a painting with a quote in it but I haven't found the perfect quote yet any ideas? I'm hoping to start this painting tomorrow.

I had another book delivered today 73 Lessons Every Goddess Must Know by Goddess Leonie Dawson. It is fantastic, lots of yummy reading.

You're in touch with your truth in this situation, and you need to trust your gut and lovingly assert yourself.

Dive right in! There's no need for more research or time. You can trust your feelings on this one. I will guide you through the actions that are necessary, considering the circumstances. For the past week I have been feeling the shift of seasons from summer into autumn. This has motivated me to c lean out closets, freshening up our home, make this summer photo collage, and created a family ritual. I find ritual really powerful it allows you the time to honour what has come before, say goodbye, and create intentions for what will come next. Art Every Day Month Day 7 - Encaustic Wax

I'm really enjoying blogging again, it's been years since I have written everyday. I used to do morning pages before I got pregnant, I have heaps of books full of my dribble. The Artist Way by Julia Cameron got me into the morning pages! Every artist should own a copy of that book! I was talking to a friend yesterday and she wanted me to order her a box of encaustic wax. I haven't done any encasutic for such a long time, so today was the day to dust off the cobwebs and get melting. Here are my 2 creations for the day... Releasing my MADNESS!
